Before your scheduled journey, you (or your travel partner) will receive a full confirmation of the service — including route details, pickup time, and contact instructions.
3. Meet Your Professional Driver
A day before the trip, we’ll share the name, photo, and contact number of your assigned driver. They’ll be ready and waiting at the arranged pickup point on time — whether it’s an airport, hotel, or private address.
4. Clear Pickup Instructions
Your driver will meet you at the exact location and time agreed upon in your itinerary. If your pickup is at an airport, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. At hotels or private addresses, the driver will wait curbside or in the hotel lobby.
Tip: If there are any updates or last-minute changes, you’ll receive a message by email or phone.
