If your pickup is at an airport, the driver will be waiting in the arrivals hall with a sign bearing your name. At hotels or private addresses, the driver will wait curbside or in the hotel lobby. Tip: If there are any updates or last-minute changes, you’ll receive a message by email or phone. 5.
