What's Included
Meeting and pickup
From Schiphol Airport: After collecting your luggage, please take the escalator one floor up to Departure Hall 3. Exit at Door B where your driver will be waiting. Look for your driver holding a sign with the lead traveler’s name clearly visible. Alternative Pickup Option at Schiphol: If you prefer to be picked up directly from the arrival hall (Meet & Greet service), please indicate this in the booking comments. Your driver will be waiting for you as soon as you exit the baggage claim area. Pickup Location at Amsterdam Cruise Port : Meeting Point: For pick-up, please provide the name of the ship and the corresponding address (if applicable). Your driver will be waiting at the entrance of the ship. Your driver will contact you on the same day via WhatsApp or SMS to confirm the pickup location, including their name and license plate number.
What to expect
1. Booking Your Transfer:
- Book your transfer via Viator. You will receive a booking confirmation with all details within 24 hours.
- Provide your pickup and drop-off locations (e.g., Schiphol to Amsterdam Cruise Port or vice versa).
- If you’re traveling from Amsterdam Cruise Port, provide your ship’s name and address (if applicable).
2. Pre-Departure Confirmation:
- Your driver will contact you via WhatsApp or SMS on the same day for confirmation, including their name and license plate.
3. Pickup Process at Schiphol Airport:
- After collecting luggage, take the escalator inside the airport to Departure Hall 3, exit through Door B. Your driver will be waiting with a sign displaying your name. Please note that after flight arrival there is free waiting time of 70 minutes. We will monitor the flight even in case of delays or adjustment.
- For Meet & Greet service, just mention it in the booking comments, and the driver will meet you directly at the arrival hall.
4. Pickup Process at Amsterdam Cruise Port (PTA):
- Provide your ship’s name and address. Your driver will meet you at the entrance of the ship with a sign displaying your name.
5. Transfer Journey:
- Choose between a direct route or a scenic route with optional stops in or around Amsterdam, such as windmill visits. Let us know your preference when booking.
- We ensure a timely and comfortable ride to your destination.
6. Arrival at Destination:
- The driver will drop you off at the correct location, either at the Cruise Port or Schiphol Airport.
7. Final Contact:
- Feel free to contact the driver via WhatsApp or SMS if needed.
