Surfing is unlike anything else. Only those who have experienced it can truly understand. It’s exciting, surreal, and calming all at the same time. With a locals professional instruction you get a short cut to successfully surfing. Within minutes you go from a complete beginner to showing skills only an advanced surfer could perform. What makes us different is that our goal is not just to take you surfing, but to truly teach you how to surf! Come walk on water with us!
What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Our primary location for Surf Lessons is Folly Beach, located at the Ocean street Public Beach Access at 1673 east Ashley avenue. Other locations are Isle of Palms and Kiawah Island Beaches based on weather conditions and availability.
What to expect
What to Expect:
In the first 10 minutes, you will focus on:
water entry
water safety
land instruction to perfect the pop-up and stance before entering the water
The remainder of the surf lesson will be filled with personalized surf instruction and you will learn:
Standing up
Paddling
Wave timing and placement
Wave selection
Surfboard and wetsuit education
Wave physics
Surf etiquette and safety
We provide everything you need, just show up in what you would normally wear to the beach and get ready to surf some waves!!!
