    Arrive at Kunming

    Today your tour guide and driver will meet you at the airport, then sent you to the hotel and check-in. After enjoying local delicious lunch, then you will be driven to West Hill where you can overlook the whole city and Dianchi Lake. Take a leisurely walk along the trail, enjoy the verdant forest and dotted ancient buildings. After the tour, you will be sent back to the hotel.

    Kunming to Yuanyang

    Yunnan Stone Forest Geological Park

    ​In the morning, your tour guide will pick you up at hotel lobby. Then you will be driven to the Stone Forest. It will cost one and a half hours driving. Walk into the Stone Forest, marvel at groups of gray-black stone peaks and climb up a pavilion to have a panoramic view of the intricate stone forest. Your lunch will be served with Local Roast Duck.

    After lunch, it takes around 6 hours to Yuanyang. You will view the breathtaking sunset at Laohuzui Rice Terrace and the warm sunshine cast on the water, rippling colorfully. After the tour, you will be sent back to the local hotel.

    ​Get up early in the morning for enjoying charming sunrise at Duoyishu Rice Terrace Fields. As the sun reflects sunshine on the rice terraces, you will see the color change into golden. If there is a mist in the village, the place looks like a fairyland. Very beautiful and you can't help taking pictures here. After the visiting sunrise, you will visit Qingkou Village and Rice terraces where Hani people reside in the mushroom-shaped houses for generations. Your lunch will be served with local red rice. After lunch, you will visit the local market in a rural style. The last stop is Bada Hani Rice Terrace, enjoy the enchanting sunset at the 3700 level terraces, see the color changes from pink to rosy, red, golden. After the tour, you will be sent back to the hotel.

    Yuanyang to Jiangshui

    Double Dragons Brige

    In the morning, you will leave Yuanyang and be taken to Jianshui. It will cost you 3 hours. After arrival, visit the Double Dragon Bridge which across the intersection of Lu River and Taichong River with three layers of pavilions on the top and 17 holes beneath, and it seems like a big boat floating on the river in a far distance, very historical and splendid.

    Go to Tuanshan Village, take a leisurely walk on the stone steps, enjoy the exquisite and vivid wooden carving. Relax in the ancient village, enjoy the small courtyard, ancient wells and buildings.

    Zhu's Family Garden (Zhu Jia Huayuan)

    After lunch, go to Zhu Family Garden. It’s a grand mansion with palatial-like clan temple, living rooms and gardens, with effort for 30 years for its completion. Hence it was regarded as the most beautiful garden of southern Yunnan. Check in the hotel afterwards.

    Jianshui to Kunming

    Jianshui Confucius Temple

    In the morning, explore Confucious culture in the Jianshui Confucian Temple. You can fully take pictures for buildings and learn its related history from your informative tour guide. After lunch, you will be driven back to Kunming hotel or airport according to your request(4 hours).
