3Kenyatta International Conference Center
Incase this venue is open for visitors a small charge of $3 payable with only credit/debit card to applies to be admitted at the helipad where you guide points out popular sites from the skyline view of Nairobi. There are elevators to the 27th Floor of the building. You only do 4 more floors with stairs to the helipad though the skyline is still visible from the 27th floors.
