  Temple of Hatshepsut at Deir el Bahari

  The Temple of Queen Hatshepsut, known as El Deir El Bahari, was constructed by Queen Hatshepsut, the daughter of Thutmose I. She ruled Egypt for about 20 years during the 18th Dynasty (circa 1490–1469 B.C.) and was the only female pharaoh to reign over ancient Egypt.

  Colossi of Memnon

  The Colossi of Memnon are two towering stone statues of Pharaoh Amenhotep III, situated on the west bank of the Nile River near Luxor, Egypt. Each statue rises about 18 meters (60 feet) high and once stood as guardians at the entrance of the pharaoh’s now-ruined mortuary temple. In ancient times, one of the statues was known to produce a "singing" sound at dawn, likely caused by temperature shifts and moisture within the stone. The Greeks associated this mysterious sound with the mythical hero Memnon, interpreting it as a divine message, which led to the statues' name. Today, the Colossi are iconic symbols of ancient Egypt, drawing visitors and historians from around the world.

  Temple of Medinat Habu

  is an ancient Egyptian temple complex located on the West Bank of the Nile River near Luxor (ancient Thebes). It is one of the best-preserved and most significant temples in Egypt, known primarily as the mortuary temple of Pharaoh Ramesses III of the 20th Dynasty (reigned circa 1186–1155 BCE).
