Temple of Karnak
Our qualified Egyptologist guide will meet you at your hotel, railway station, or airport in Luxor to accompany you on a visit to the magical Karnak Temples, dedicated to the gods Amun and his wife Mut. Karnak Temples is known to historians as the place where the earliest international peace treaty was signed. Interestingly, the Egyptian version of this peace treaty was preserved on a wall in the Temple of Amun at Karnak.

Luxor Temple
Next, we will journey to the majestic Luxor Temple, built by Amenhotep III in the 18th Dynasty BC and completed by Ramesses II during the 19th Dynasty BC. Ramesses II, the most famous king of the 19th Dynasty, ruled Egypt for many years. Luxor Temple was dedicated to the great god Amun-Ra, his wife Mut, and their son Khonsu, representing the Theban triad. You will also enjoy visiting the Obelisk of Ramesses II in front of the 1st Pylon.

Luxor West Bank – Sail to Edfu

Temple of Kom Ombo
Following the temple visit, you will return to your ship. Lunch will be served on board as you sail to the city of Kom Ombo. In the afternoon, you will explore the Temple of Kom Ombo, dedicated to the two gods Sobek and Haroeris. Afterward, return to your ship and enjoy the sun deck, admiring the unique landscape of the great River Nile, along whose banks the ancient Egyptian civilization was created and flourished.

High Dam, Temple of Philae

Breakfast will be served on board. Join your Egyptology guide to explore the great city of Aswan, starting with The High Dam. Built by Egyptian President Gamal Abdel Nasser in 1960 AD, the dam protects Egypt from Nile floods.
