What to expect

-Meet & Greet at Cancun International Airport at the specific meeting points at ground transportation area (prepaid transportation) at the corresponding terminal for your flight.
-Cancun Airport has 4 different terminals which are not connected, please make sure you provide all flight details, including those of people in your group that will be flying on a different flight.
-Our expert team of greeters will be waiting at the indicated meeting point for your flight.
-Our team will be holding a sign with lead passenger's name at the meeting point.
-When our team makes contact with the lead passenger, the driver will move from a designated driver waiting area into the corresponding terminal for your flight (approximate 5-minute wait while the driver reaches a boarding platform).
-Our team will guide you to the boarding platform where the driver will meet you.
