What to expect

Coba dates back to the Classic period of Maya civilization and is known for its impressive network of sacbes, or elevated stone roads that connect various structures within the site. You will be able to walk around the most famous structure at Coba is the Nohoch Mul Pyramid, which stands over 138 feet tall in the lush Mayan jungle.
Our next stop is Tulum a major port city during the Maya Classic period, considered one of the best-preserved coastal Maya sites. Admire walled city that includes the Temple of the Frescoes, the Temple of the Descending God, and the Castillo, a towering fortress that offers a breathtaking view of the turquoise Caribbean Sea. Tulum was also a center for trade, as evidenced by the many inscribed stele and vessels that have been discovered at the site.
