This captivating Taipei shore excursion commences at the Hualien cruise ship port. A warm welcome awaits you from our friendly driver just outside the cruise ship terminal. Step into a comfortable, air-conditioned private vehicle, embarking on a 3-hour journey through the scenic beauty of Taipei. Our tours are meticulously synchronized with your ship's docking times, ensuring a prompt start and a timely return to the port with ample time to spare before your ship's departure. Please note that Taipei is a significant distance from the port, allowing limited time for exploration. This excursion includes a tour with a licensed guide, as well as a brief shopping and lunch break. However, due to time constraints, extensive shopping or a sit-down meal may not be possible.

Built on a green hillside in 1969, the impressive National Martyrs’ Shrine was architecturally inspired by the Hall of Supreme Harmony in Beijing's Forbidden City. The shrine is dedicated to the 390,000 soldiers killed in the service of their country during the War of Resistance against Japan and the civil war between the Chinese Republican and communist forces.
The National Palace Museum, named for its original institution in Beijing (Peking), houses one of the world's largest collections of ancient Chinese artifacts, calligraphy, paintings, and porcelain, all objects brought over from the mainland in the late 1940s.
