We always take a 20-30 minute break for our guests before starting to visit the museum. Visiting the Auschwitz I museum takes about 1.5 hours. Then drive to the Auschwitz II Birkenau museum about 5-10 minutes. Visiting the Auschwitz II Birkenau museum takes about 1 hour. Visit UNESCO World Heritage Site, a former Nazi concentration camp Auschwitz-Birkenau, where more than a million Jews and other prisoners were oppressed or killed during World War II. The flower strewn Death Wall, national memorials, gas chambers and crematoriums, preserved ruins, the remains of hundreds of barracks, watchtowers, the railway line and ramp - all this forms a moving testimony to the number of those who lost their lives.
