    After leaving the local market in Surquillo district, we are going to be back to the car and getting to a fishing artisanal market in Chorrillos neighborhood to discover to types of local Peruvian fishes and sea food, discovering how rich is this country in fishing!

    Finally, we are going to arrive to the cooking class experience facing Pacific Ocean in a great restaurant and enjoying the brezee while we are making our 2 most famous dishes from Peru Ceviche and Causa Limeña, even the most iconic alcoholic drink Pisco sour.
