The duration of the tour includes both the time spent traveling to the places you will visit (which may take up to 2-2.5 hours to get to the first spot from your hotel, and the same amount of time to return to your hotel from the last spot) as well as the time you will actually spend at the places of interest.

If you're staying in the Hotel Zone in Cancun, our hotel lobby serves as the meeting point for our tours. For those staying in downtown Cancun accommodations, we have several meeting points available, and for those in Isla Mujeres hotels, our meeting point is at Puerto Juarez Ultramar. We also offer pick-up from all-inclusive hotels in Riviera Maya, Akumal, and Tulum at no extra cost. If you're staying in Puerto Morelos, Playa del Carmen, Playacar, or Tulum, we have several meeting points available for your convenience. When making a booking, be sure to provide us with your hotel/accommodation details. Additionally, please contact the local supplier at least 48 hours prior to the tour to confirm your pick-up time. We want to ensure that your experience with us is as smooth and enjoyable as possible.
