We offer pick-up from areas near Fira only. Please be ready 10–15 minutes before your scheduled pick-up time at the main entrance of your accommodation or the nearest accessible location within this zone. Our driver will arrive in a clearly marked vehicle and may contact you by phone or WhatsApp if needed.
After booking, you will receive confirmation of your exact pick-up time and details based on your location near Fira. If you're staying in a remote or pedestrian-only area within the eligible zone, we will arrange a nearby meeting point for easy access.
Pick-up is included in the price for guests staying near Fira, and transportation to and from the experience is fully taken care of for your convenience.
