Made from Scratch Phyllo pies -Select one per person
Learn the playful “sun method” to roll dough and make one pie: Spinach, Feta, Feta with Honey & Sesame, Eggplant, or Mushroom.
Greek Dips -Choose one per person
Tzatziki or Spicy Feta Spread (Tirokafteri) –both can be made dairy-free/vegan with plant-based feta. or Garlic Dip (Skordalia) – naturally vegan.
Main Dish Options-Choose one main to prepare per couple
Yiayia’s Wine & Sun-Dried Tomato Bites with Greek wine & sun-dried tomatoes, or Orzo with shrimp, chicken, mushrooms, or eggplant.
Salad (Choose one per couple)
Classic Greek Salad – can be made vegan/dairy-free with plant-based feta. Cretan Dakos – also vegan/dairy-free with plant-based feta.
