What to expect

This is a calm, hands-on experience where you learn by doing—no pressure, no rush, just real Greek cooking from the inside out.

Here’s how it unfolds:

Start with one simple dough, made from scratch.
You’ll feel it, rest it, and understand how alive and forgiving phyllo dough actually is.

Learn three different ways to open phyllo:

With a rolling pin (traditional and grounding)

With bare hands (instinctive and fluid)

The “sunray” local shortcut (easy, clever, and stress-free)
You’ll try them all and naturally discover which one feels right for you.

Choose your filling.
You’ll select from ten Greek-inspired fillings based on vegetables and cheese—simple, balanced, and flexible. You can keep it classic or create your own mix. Extra feta and caramelized onions are always welcome additions.

Relax while it bakes.
During this time, you’ll enjoy:

Three traditional Greek dips

A small olive tasting with different varieties

Complimentary unlimited drinks (wine, beer, soft drinks, or tea)

Finish by sharing the pie you made.
When it comes out of the oven—crackling and fragrant—you’ll sit, taste, and enjoy it together.
