Start with a visit to the famous Valley of the Kings, There are 63 tombs within the valley, The Royal tombs are decorated with Egyptian mythology which gives rise to the beliefs of the period, There are many known kings buried in the valley but of course the most famous being King Tutankhamun, listen well to your expert tour guide who will inform you by details the history of the amazing tombs there
The mortuary temple of Hatshepsut is a mortuary temple built during the reign of Pharaoh Hatshepsut of the Eighteenth Dynasty of Egypt. the temple is unique because it was designed like classical architecture. Note the lengthy, colonnaded terrace some of which are 97 ft high, pylons, courts, and hypostyle hall. Inside you'll see the sun court, chapel and sanctuary. Temple reliefs depict the tale of the divine birth of Hatshepsut and trade expeditions to the Land of Punt
The Colossi of Memnon are two massive stone statues of the Pharaoh Amenhotep III, which stand at the front of the ruined Mortuary Temple of Amenhotep III, the largest temple in the Thebes Necropolis
Take a break to refresh yourself with a delicious lunch at a local restaurant. Next, visit the East Banks of the Nile, aboard a ferry boat crossing for 5 minutes from West to East Bank of Luxor. The pristine temple complex of Temple of Karnak is your first destination in the East Valley. At the end of your tour, you will be transferred back to your accommodation in Hurghada.
