We offer a round, private, punctual and comfortable shuttle service from Cancun Airport to Moon Palace hotel - Cancun Airport -> Moon Palace (arrival): Upon arrival, pick up your luggage and head out of the terminal through the exit marked with the legend "Transport and Taxis" or "Shuttle and Taxis", a Travelfy representative will be waiting to welcome you and board the vehicle. Your transport will be ready exactly 20 minutes after the landing time of your flight. You will be able to locate your driver at the following meeting points: * Terminal 2 (domestic arrivals) in the "Welcome Bar". * Terminal 2 (international arrivals) in the "Welcome Bar". * Terminal 3 at Margaretville Bar. * Terminal 4 at the Welcome Bar. When leaving the airport, we recommend you ignore all the people and agencies you encounter. For a safer and more efficient experience, we urge you not to stop or talk to them. Instead, contact us immediately so our representative can assist you and guide you to the right vehicle. - Moon Palace -> Cancun Airport (departure): Pick-up time will be confirmed one day prior to your flight. Your driver will be waiting for you in your hotel lobby. We recommend that you be prepared and before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 15 minutes from their confirmed time. Cancun International Airport recommends that passengers arrive at least three hours before their flight departure. Your Pick-Up schedule should consider the time needed for the trip, check-in, security and check-in process. If you are unsure of the ideal Pick-Up time, contact us to help you coordinate a smooth and on-time departure.

For your return to the airport, we will coordinate your hotel lobby pickup in advance, providing you with a punctual and secure transfer that will allow you to arrive in time for your flight.
Cancun Airport to Moon Palace: Upon landing, collect your luggage and exit the terminal through the door marked “Transport and Taxis” or “Shuttle and Taxis.” A Travelfy representative will be waiting to welcome you and accompany you to the vehicle. Your transport will be ready approximately 20 minutes after your flight has landed.
Moon Palace to Cancun Airport: One day before your flight, we will confirm your pick-up time. Your driver will be waiting for you in the hotel lobby. To avoid setbacks, we suggest you be ready a few minutes before the confirmed time, as drivers can only wait a maximum of 10 minutes after the set time.
