During your Quest, discover the city's highlights, explore hidden gems, learn some fun facts about the places you visit and see things that most people just pass by.
As the activity is all self-guided through the app, you can start your Quest when you want (must be played during daylight hours), there are no set starting/ending times. No groups to follow.
You can go at your own pace, stopping for longer in one location, taking a break or having a snack in one of the many cafes and pubs along the trail OR you can make it a race and try to get to the top of the city leaderboard!

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your Quest will begin at the Peace Flame next to the Guildhall. The app will guide you through the rest of your adventure. You can start your Quest whenever you choose, although we strongly suggest you begin your Quest so you can complete during daylight hours.
What to expect
Explore the streets and city walls of Derry as your team unlocks a hidden trail by finding clues, solving puzzles & completing challenges, earning points along the way all self-guided through the GQA app. See the area's highlights, explore it's hidden gems and learn some insider history and fun facts along the way.
Your Quest will begin at the Peace Flame Gardens and wind you through the city streets, up along the iconic city walls and down to the Bogside eventually returning back to the impressive Guildhall. Along the way, learn about St Columba, discover the People’s Gallery, learn about the events of the 1689 Siege, hear about a giant slide that closed down one of the main streets and of course see the murals dedicated to the Derry Girls (past and present)!
So put down your history books, lace up your comfy shoes, and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Derry Quest!
This is an ideal outdoor activity for couples, families, friends, school groups and can be the perfect team building or corporate activity.
