As the activity is all self-guided through the app, you can start your Quest when you want (must be played during daylight hours), there is no set starting/ending times. No groups to follow.
You can go at your own pace, stopping for longer in one location, taking a break, or having a snack in one of the many cafes and pubs along the trail OR you can make it a race and try to get to the top of the city leaderboard!

What's Included
Meeting and pickup
Your Quest will begin inside Manchester's Victoria Station. The app will guide you through the rest of your adventure. You can start your Quest whenever you choose, although we strongly suggest you begin your Quest so you can complete during daylight hours.
What to expect
Explore the streets of Manchester as your team unlocks a hidden trail, finding clues, solving puzzles & completing challenges, earning points along the way all self-guided through the GQA app. See the area's highlights, explore it's hidden gems and learn some insider history and fun facts along the way.
Your puzzle-filled adventure will weave you through various Manchester neighbourhoods including the Medieval Quarter, Civic Quarter, Piccadilly Gardens, Northern Quarter and NOMA. During your Quest you might learn about the demonic occurrences in the UK’s oldest library, discover a hidden church and the stories of the city’s rebellious figures, hear about the connection between an American civil war hero and the city and explore some amazing street art.
So find your binoculars (for a bit of bee spotting), put on some comfy shoes and get ready to explore the sights, discover hidden gems and ultimately, conquer your Manchester Quest..
