What to expect

You'll be welcomed into my kitchen to master the typical Polish skill - PIEROGI making. I will be pleased to introduce you to the most famous and delicious Polish dish which is pierogi (dumplings).

First, we'll walk through the oldest operating marketplace in town. It is a place to be, not only because of the great amount of fresh, local products but also because of its vibrant and unique atmosphere with some great hidden gems! After we buy what we need the most (and also what we can't help but try) we'll have a short walk to my apartment. There you'll be treated to some local snacks and drinks and we will start cooking.

You will know the whole process of preparing pierogi, from dough making, preparing the filling and creating special shapes of the dough, and finally eating! We will prepare pierogi with the most known filling - fresh cottage cheese, potatoes, and caramelized onions.

During the experience, I will share my knowledge of Kraków, Poland, and Polish culinary traditions. I'll give you my personal recommendations of where to go and what to try while visiting Kraków to feel like a true local.

The main goal of the experience is? Food hedonism!
