Spend five days seeing one the best sights that Uganda has to offer! Prepare to experience some of Africa’s best scenery, consisting of an array of sparkling crater lakes set into beautiful grassy hills, animals of the savanna, and primates of the forest.
Along with this, we will have a trip to Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, where you will experience gorilla tracking and see more mountain gorillas than anywhere else in the world. We will also drive through Queen Elizabeth National Park.
Cruise through the Kazinga Channel and see the tree-climbing lions of Ishasha are just two of the highlights of this adventure.

Early morning pick up from your hotel in Kampala /Entebbe to start your drive to Bwindi. We will have a stopover at the Equator in Kayabwe . Lunch in Mbarara and proceed to Bwindi impenetrable national park.
After an early Breakfast and briefing from the guide, set off for the gorilla trekking in the Forest Sanctuary, the activity starts at 8.00 am. The rangers will provide you with walking sticks and your driver will ensure that you have enough drinking water.
After breakfast, depart Bwindi Forest and start your drive to the Ishasha sector of Queen Elizabeth National Park where you will stop for a game drive in search of the rare tree-climbing lions which you can see only in this area of Uganda. Here lives a population of lions that enjoy resting on the fig trees when the day is warm. The landscape is an open savannah with a variety of acacia trees. After the game drive, proceed to the mweya sector of the park.
After breakfast, you will head for a game drive through Kasenyi sector, watch out for the Albert endemic birds and Cape buffalos, elephants, waterbucks, leopards, spotted hyenas and a variety of antelope species. In the afternoon head for a unique 2hour boat cruise on the Kazinga Channel and into Lake Edward. This trip passes through possibly the highest concentration of hippos and many animals may be seen drinking at the water's edge. This launch cruise offers an excellent platform for photography, bird watching and game viewing. The prolific bird life is colorful and stupendous with well over 550 resident species
Early breakfast at the lodge and head to the Kyambura Wildlife reserve for chimpanzee tracking. Kyambura is one of Uganda’s most impressive corners. Kyambura gorge is also known as ‘the valley of the apes’, this gorge is around 100m deep and 1km across. You will trek down into it and you’ll feel like you’re in an underground forest, home to diverse wildlife and dazzling birdlife. After the trek, you will embark on your journey back to Kampala/Entebbe.
