    Laguna Kaan Luum

    A cenote in the middle of a lagoon! It is as if the lagoon had a mysterious huge and very deep hole. This is the most striking thing about this place called Laguna Kaan Luum, which in Mayan means "Yellow Earth". The incredible thing about this lake is that in the middle there is a cenote 25 meters in diameter and more than 80 meters deep. There is a fence around it and signs that prohibit the passage for security to visitors. In addition to swimming in this fresh lagoon, you can spot some birds or even get a scrub with its clayey sand.
