Your experience begins with an early morning boat ride from Cancun, heading out across the turquoise waters toward the north of Isla Mujeres, where these gentle giants gather to feed in their natural habitat. As you arrive, you’ll have the chance to enter the water for 2 to 3 snorkeling encounters with the whale sharks, swimming alongside the largest fish in the world in a truly breathtaking experience.
After your time in the open ocean, the journey continues to Playa Norte in Isla Mujeres, one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean. Here you can relax in shallow crystal clear waters, enjoy light snacks, and unwind on the soft white sand while taking in the island atmosphere.

We are in liberty to asign any meeting point for the places or hotels that we can't reach. This can apply for security booths, Main Entrances, close by hotels or landmarks
The pick up time is set acording to your location, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service

- In the event that whale sharks can't be found, other marine species will be spotted such as Manta Rays, Dolphins & Turtles (refunds won't be available)
- Travelers must bring towels, swim suit and change of clothes
- Does not include dock fee of 20 USD per person paid at the marina
- The marina of departure is at Cancun
- Pregnant travelers can't participate
- Children can only participate in the snorkel with the company of one parent or guardian
- Sunscreen is not allowed in order to protect the marine life end ecosystem
