Our first stop is at a local hotspot where you can try the traditional Jamaican brown stew fish with the typical starches (such as fry dumplings, boiled dumplings, banana, yam or sweet potato). Then continue on a scenic drive through the Jamaican countryside until we arrive at Scott's Cove (aka Borda) to sample the most amazing Escovitch Fish and Bammy. Next stop in Saint Elizabeth to support local Crayfish ("Pepper Shrimp") vendors.

Finally, you can choose between two locations, visit Floyd’s Pelican Bar for a swim, drink or meal. This is a unique, open-air bar located on a sandbar in the Caribbean Sea, off the coast of Jamaica. The bar is built on stilts and is only accessible by boat. Or, visit the Black River Safari, Glide along the tranquil waters of the Black River aboard the comfortable pontoon boats. Encounter Jamaica's indigenous crocodiles in their natural habitat and witness the lush, unspoiled beauty of the surrounding mangrove forests.
