You'll get to savor the flavors of the dishes that have been passed down for generations. Next, you'll be taken to a roadside jerk restaurant, where you'll get to sample the famous Jamaican jerk chicken. This spicy and savory dish is cooked over an open flame, giving it a smoky flavor that is sure to tantalize your taste buds.
A very special countryside food experience is bookable for Saturdays or Wednesday's. Enjoy a succulent whole roasted suckling pig prepared with authentic blend of Jamaican herbs and spices that awaken your senses with every bite.
