What to expect
1. After landing, you will: A) Clear immigration. B) Get your bags. C) Clear Customs. D) Exit customs walk down the hall, turn right straight ahead, and exit the last sets of sliding doors that read TOUR OPERATOR- HOTEL SHUTTLE. or PRIVATE TRANSPORTATION ARE.
2. Look for our sign and your name, let our staff know who you are and confirm your information
3. Once you are with our staff they call the driver who is parked in the main parking lot.
4. The driver takes you to your destination any hotel in Cancun Downtown or Hotel Zone
5. A day prior to your departure we'll send you a message confirming your return and pick-up time as well
