What to expect

Driver will have a pager written your name.
Spot your driver, meet and greet. The driver will help you with your luggage and will direct you to your vehicle.
Then you will start the drive to the hotel.
Upon arrival the driver will help you take out your luggage and take you to the reception where you will confirm your booking from there the hotel porters takes you up to the rooms.
