We confirm your details
We’ll contact you to verify: full name, mobile/WhatsApp, pick-up point, destination, date & time, number of travelers, luggage pieces, and any extras (child seat, wheelchair assistance).
• For airport/bus pick-ups: please share flight/bus number and arrival time.
• For in-city rides: share your hotel name and where you’d like to go.
Driver assignment & voucher
You receive your booking confirmation with pick-up time, our hotline, and (when assigned) your driver’s name and vehicle details.
Pre-trip reminder
Before your pick-up, we send a quick reminder and reconfirm the meeting point (hotel lobby/entrance, airport arrivals hall, bus platform, etc.).
Meet & greet
Your driver arrives on time, welcomes you, and helps with luggage.
• Airport: meet in the arrivals area (look for your name sign). If you provided your flight number, we monitor schedule changes.
• Bus station: meet at the agreed platform/exit.
• Hotel/in-city: meet in the lobby or outside the main gate.
