The trip also includes a visit in one of the region's best wineries, where a sommelier will guide you through a selection of the finest wines, including bold reds and crisp whites. Here you will meet our guide, an experienced argonomist who has been growing mushrooms for more than 20years, and he will show us around and explain everything about them. Then he will take you for a truffle mushroom foraging into the forest of Dirfys, the biggest mountain of Evia island. Our mushroom hunting tour will finish with lunch full of mushroom recipes.
