Our experience offers a unique opportunity to make Hoto, Yamanashi’s traditional noodle dish, from scratch near Mt. Fuji and Lake Kawaguchiko.

Unlike a typical cooking class, guests knead the dough, roll it out, and cut the noodles entirely by hand before enjoying the meal they created themselves. Friendly instructors provide step-by-step guidance, making the experience enjoyable for beginners, families, couples, and solo travelers alike.

We also strive to accommodate food allergies, dietary restrictions, and religious requirements whenever possible.
