Your driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Present your confirmation to the driver upon pickup In case you cannot find your driver, please contact him directly using the mobile number sent to you via SMS or Email.

Waiting time for arrival airport transfer: 2 hours after the indicated pick-up time, otherwise overtime charges will apply. 200 THB / hour.
Waiting time for departure airport transfer: 15 minutes after the indicated pick-up time.
Meet and Greet Service is included for airport arrival transfer only.

MEETING POINT (DMK Airport) -International and domestic flights
For domestic flight arrivals, your driver will meet you by Gate 11 in the arrivals hall at Don Mueang International Airport. For international flight arrivals, your driver will meet you by Gate 5 in the arrivals hall at Don Mueang International Airport.
