The type of vehicle depends on the number of passengers:
1–2 passengers: Sedan (2–3 passengers, 2 luggage)
3–4 passengers: SUV (4 passengers, 4 luggage)
5–7 passengers: Van (7 passengers, 7 luggage)
If you have extra luggage, please choose a larger vehicle type.

Meeting and pickup
The car seat is chargeable, subject to availability upon reservation.
Vehicles will be assigned based on number of passengers.
For hotel pickups, please provide your flight number with departure date and time for hotel pickup (at least 3 hours before your departure time).
You will receive a text message or email a day before your scheduled pickup with your booking reference, our customer service number, and your driver's name and contact details.
For Arrival transfer, your meeting point is located close to the Exit 3 on the 2nd floor in the Arrivals Hall of Suvarnabhumi Airport (Bangkok International Airport). Look for the GetYourGuide poster with your name held by our staff. Approach our staff and they will support calling the driver for you.
Waiting time: 2 hours after the indicated pick-up time, otherwise overtime charges will apply.
For Departure transfer, your driver will meet you in the lobby of your hotel. Waiting time: 15 minutes after the indicated pick-up time.
