With the company of a certified instructor, you will learn about the entire transformative process of Coffee, from the raw material to the finished drink.
With state-of-the-art machinery and equipment to have a high-level experience.
You will be able to see the roasting process in a toaster and a GIESEN software.
In passing through the laboratory, using equipment such as ATAGO Refractometers, Hygrometers, JABALITICS colorimeters, Le Nuz de Café, Everpure Filters.
At the bar you will live a unique flavor experience and an extraction process with a SYNESSSO espresso machine, COMPAK and BARATZA grinders, ACAIA bar with grameras, everpure filters, FELOW jugs, among other high-quality elements.

At the end of the tour you will choose 3 different Coffees and with the knowledge acquired you will be able to taste and describe them with a better appreciation.

In the BUNN Mill laboratory to grind the Coffees from the cuppings and the Coffees from the bar.

What to expect

In this tour you will know the entire production chain of the Café, understanding the product as a raw material and finally as a drink.
1. You will pass through the Trite and Green Coffee sector and there you will have the possibility of doing your own quality control using tools and machinery of latest technology to make your level of experience superior. You'll do the trite, granulometry and defect classification.
2. In the area of Tostión, you will meet a GIESEN heat conducting toaster and how it transforms the raw material to roasted coffee. Using software that allows you to control all process variables.
3. You will enter a laboratory specialized in the analysis of high quality coffee where tools are used to awaken the senses such as: Le Nuz de Cafe, flavor wheel, Javalitics, everpure filters, hygrometer, among others, that will help you live a sensory experience.
4. Then you will arrive at the extraction area, where you can taste three different profiles of Coffee with different processes and/or origins and/or processes expanding the knowledge of the flavors of Colombian Coffees.

This experience lasts approximately 2 hours.
