Meeting and pickup
Meeting points for travelers that are in downtown hotels and airbnb's or any location that we can't reach: Cancun Meeting Point: in front of the lobby at Oasis Smart in Tulum Avenue Tulum: There is no pick up in any hotel or airbnb, if the Customer wants to get there by it's own please get in contact with us so we can provide assistance. Another option would be for the Customer to move to Playa Del Carmen at Cocobongo wich is the closest meeting point The pick up time is set acording to your location and the availability of the tour, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as posible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service The 9:30 schedule pick ups start at 7:30 am, and the 12:00 pm pick ups starts at 10:30 Depending on the availability, the schedule can change, a customer care agent from us will get in touch to let the customer know about the situation. If the Customer is not able to take the change or schedules, it will be 100% refundable

Hidden within this vibrant wilderness lies our exclusive eco-park, a paradise for thrill-seekers and nature lovers alike. Kick off your adventure by ziplining across a thrilling 6-line circuit for 60 minutes, soaring high above the jungle treetops. Next, take control of your own ATV and navigate rugged jungle paths for 60 action-packed minutes. Splash through mud, maneuver around natural obstacles, and embrace the excitement of off-road exploration. After your ATV ride, cool off with a refreshing swim in a cenote, Spend an hour relaxing in its crystal-clear waters, surrounded by stunning rock formations and lush greenery. Cap off your adventure with a delicious grilled chicken fajita meal and refreshing drinks, giving you the perfect chance to unwind and share stories from your action-packed day.

- We are not responsible for forgotten or lost items on the tour, transportation, lockers, seats. Make sure you don't forget your personal belongings when getting off the transportation
- Guests who are in Playa del Carmen only apply at one time: 09:30 am
- Guests in Tulum you have to move to Playa Del Carmen at Coco bongo wich is the closest meeting point only one time apply 09:30 am
- If they are odd people, a 10 usd upgrade will be paid for one person because they would use an ATV
- The pick-up limit is the Playacar area Playa del Carmen, passing the Playacar area, you have to go to Coco bongo Playa del Carmen to board the transportation
- If you are number 2, 4, 6, 8, etc, even number, please let us know if you will choose a single ATV, since when we pay the upgrade costs 10 USD per person, if you arrive at the park without notice, it is another price.
- For safety reasons, clients cannot carry cell phones or cameras during the tour because they are in the air due to the zip lines or because they are on an ATV and they have to use both hands and if they use the other for their camera they could suffer an accident. IT IS NOT ALLOWED FOR CUSTOMER SAFETY, or because they lose their phone or camera and we are not responsible, drones are not allowed.
