Zeginis Winery proposes a special gastronomic experience and moments of enjoyment of the wine, in a very welcoming and pleasant environment!
We love to share our passion for the vine and the wine through a walk in our vineyards, a tour in the cave, and a wine tasting.
Chrysanthi will be your guide during this experience, she is the enologist of the winery, and represents the second generation of the winery. She studied Chemistry in Greece and Enology & Viticulture in Bordeaux, France. After her studies and the practical experience in some of the most emblematic chateaux of France, she returned back full of ideas and knowledge to develop the familiar winery.

What to expect
Discover Zeginis Winery and the terroir of Marathon, through a walk in the vineyard, a tour in the cellar of wine-making and aging, and a wine tasting.
Zeginis Winery, a family-owned winery, produces wines of exceptional quality from the family vineyards of 20 hectares. The passion for the vine and the wine is transmitted from generation to generation.
A member of the family, the daughter, and enologist of the winery, will welcome you to the winery and together you will take the tour.
Firstly, you will go to the vineyards of the family, in Ramnous, a distance of 10 minutes by car, where you will have the opportunity to recount the vegetative cycle of the vine and familiarize yourself with the current stage of the cycle.
Then, getting back to the winery, you will learn the winemaking process in Zeginis Winery, and many other secrets of the wine!
Finally you will taste the wines of Zeginis Winery accompanied by local Greek dishes, like fresh salads, cheeses, and pitas!
Transport to the vineyards and back by your own car.
