Meeting and pickup
Pickup is provided directly from your accommodation or a nearby accessible meeting point in the Chania region.
Please wait outside your hotel or at the agreed pickup location at least 5 minutes before the scheduled time.
Your driver will arrive in a white Land Rover Discovery with a Heliophilia sign on the side. For your convenience, the driver will contact you shortly before arrival to confirm the exact pickup.
What to expect
Your day begins with a scenic drive through Crete’s countryside toward the impressive Kourtaliotiko Gorge, where towering cliffs and natural springs create one of the island’s most striking environments.

Follow a short path into the gorge (approx. 20 minutes each way) leading to a hidden waterfall and natural pool surrounded by lush vegetation and rock formations.
Preveli Beach
Continue to the iconic Preveli Beach, where a river lined with palm trees flows into the Libyan Sea. Swim, relax, or walk along the unique palm forest landscape.
Farm-to-Table Lunch Experience
Your experience concludes with a traditional Cretan lunch at a farm-to-table restaurant near Plakias, where a curated selection of dishes is prepared using fresh local ingredients and served with panoramic coastal views.
