Your Maasai Mara adventure begins with an early morning pickup from your hotel, residence, or agreed meeting point in Nairobi. Pickup is available in Westlands, Karen, Nairobi CBD, JKIA, Muthaiga, Parklands, Kilimani, and Kileleshwa. Meet your professional driver-guide and depart in a comfortable private 4×4 Toyota Land Cruiser. Enjoy the scenic journey through Kenya’s beautiful countryside, passing local towns, farms, and the spectacular Great Rift Valley viewpoints. Continue towards the world-famous Maasai Mara National Reserve, arriving in time for lunch. After settling in, head out for your first exciting afternoon game drive. Search the open savannah for elephants, lions, leopards, cheetahs, buffaloes, giraffes, zebras, wildebeest, and other wildlife. Enjoy the magical African sunset before returning to your lodge or camp for dinner and overnight.

This is your opportunity to experience the reserve at its best, with an experienced driver-guide helping you discover its incredible wildlife and landscapes. Explore the endless savannah plains in search of the Big Five—lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhino—as well as cheetahs, giraffes, zebras, hippos, hyenas, antelopes, and abundant birdlife. With a private safari vehicle, you can enjoy flexible game viewing and photography stops along the way. Carry a picnic lunch and enjoy it in a designated area surrounded by the breathtaking scenery of the Mara.
