We offer complimentary pickup and drop-off within Nairobi city hotels, residences, and Jomo Kenyatta International Airport.
Pickup time is between 6:00 AM – 7:00 AM, depending on your location. The exact pickup time will be confirmed one day before departure via WhatsApp or email.
For airport arrivals on the same day, please provide your flight details in advance so we can coordinate your pickup accordingly.
Kindly be ready at your hotel lobby or designated meeting point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled pickup time. Our driver-guide will contact you upon arrival.
If you are staying outside Nairobi CBD (e.g., Westlands, Karen, or near the airport), pickup is still included — please share your exact location when booking.
For group safaris, we may make brief stops to collect other guests before departing Nairobi.

(Arrival & Evening Safari Adventure – 1 Night) Your safari begins with an early morning pickup from Nairobi hotel or airport, followed by a scenic drive through the Great Rift Valley with a brief viewpoint stop for photos. Arrive at Maasai Mara in time for lunch at your lodge or camp. After some relaxation, head out for your evening game drive (3:30 PM – 6:30 PM). This is one of the best times to spot wildlife as animals become more active before sunset. Expect to see elephants, lions, giraffes, zebras, buffalo, and possibly cheetahs. Return to your lodge for dinner and overnight stay.

2Maasai Mara National Reserve
(Full-Day Game Drive, Balloon Safari & Maasai Culture – 1 Night) Early Morning Optional Balloon Safari Start your day with an optional hot air balloon safari (approx. 5:00 AM). Float above the savannah at sunrise and witness wildlife from the sky, followed by a bush breakfast (optional activity at extra cost). Full-Day Game Drive After breakfast (or balloon landing), enjoy a full-day game drive across the vast plains of Maasai Mara.
