Our Thursday tour in Usaquén begins at 5:30 pm. The neighborhood of Usaquén was formally a small town that became engulfed with the overflow of Bogotá. Here, you can find aspects of an old town, while remaining in the capital of Colombia. We will be meeting at restaurant for dinner where we will be tasting modern Colombian cuisine. For dessert, we’ll visit a place dedicated to elevating a very famous, local pastry using traditional Colombian flavors. The third place on our tour is an artisanal cacao shop where we will savor 100% Colombian cacao. Finally, we will finish at a bar specialized in rum where we will have a 20% discount on the check.

    This restaurant offers an exclusive menu for our tour that will showcase the best Colombian flavors with local ingredients. It’s an excellent place to socialize and learn more about the gastronomy of the country. Here we will have a two-course meal that includes an artisanal soda.

    La Rosconería is the second location of our gastronomic tour. This is restaurant that has an innovative environment centered around “roscones”. We will be having this famous dessert here. You can choose a stuffed, sweet roscon with six options of the most traditional flavors of the menu.

    The third stop on our tour is Legado, an artisanal cacao factory/shop that works with different regional varieties of colombian cacao in the most sustainable way possible to support local producers. At Legado we will taste two filled chocolate bonbons with tropical flavors and a small chocolate bar of 70% regional cacao.
