The pickup time is set according to your location and star at 07:30 am, the travelers that doesn't provide pick up location will need to get in contact with us as soon as possible, otherwise we will be not be able to provide the service.
The taxes for ruins preservation will be required on board.

- Wear comfortable clothes and shoes, bring your swimsuit, towels and extra clothes
- Use biodegradable sunscreen and insect repellent
- Optional extras at the park: Lockers and life vests are not included in the tour price. If you wish to use a locker for your belongings or a life vest for swimming in the cenote, they are available on-site for USD 4 each. Drinks during the meal at the restaurant are also not included and are paid separately by each guest. Using these services is entirely optional.
- The bus is equipped with one bathroom. Guests are asked to use toilet #1 only, as using toilet #2 may affect ventilation and cause discomfort for others. Rest stops are available at each tour location, where you can also use bathroom facilities.
- Hotel changes are not allowed after 6:00 PM, as we are unable to modify our logistics at that time. Please ensure any changes are made before 6:00 PM to avoid scheduling issues.
- Please note: The tour itinerary and duration may vary depending on the guide’s logistics and traffic conditions. The total experience can last up to 14 hours or more, depending on transfer times between locations. This is a full-day tour, and you will be traveling for most of the day, so please plan accordingly.
