Important Information for Drop-off and Pick-up - **Airport Drop-off:** Please pre-arrange your airport drop-off with our office, as not all vehicles have airport operating permits. Failure to pre-arrange may result in the service being unavailable. - **Tour Timing:** Please make sure to arrive on time, whether you are disembarking from a cruise or still in your hotel room. If you take longer than 15 minutes to meet the guide, we will need to start deducting the additional time from the total duration of the tour. There is only a 15 minute grace period. - **Cruise Information:** To ensure a smooth experience, please provide your cruise details, including your debarkation time, at the time of booking. - **Hotel Pick-up:** Please provide the name and address of your hotel when booking, or contact us with this information. - **Service Areas:** We offer pick-up services in Miami Beach, Downtown Miami, and Coral Gables.
