Your local friendly driver will pick up at your downtown Shanghai hotel. Follow your driver to Shanghai bullet train station. Your driver will help you check-in with the pre-purchased ticket. Enjoy a comfortable train ride to Huangshan. Upon arrival, your local guide and the driver will greet you at Huangshan station.

Mt. Huangshan
After meeting ,follow your guide to Yellow Mountain scenic area ( Mount Huangshan). Once arrive, enjoy the exciting and cool cableway/ropeway up to the White Goose peak. Begin to explore different areas of the Geopark, appreciate various elegant pine trees such as “Beginning to believe pine”, Black Tiger Pine, the Flower Grown out of a Writing Brush Rock, famous Guest Greeting Pine, trek to the Lion Peak, Dawn Pavilion and see the Monkey Gaping at the sea. Take in the fairyland view at Dispelling Cloud Pavilion, on a nice day, you will be rewarded with a stunning sunset view on the summit. Around evening check in the best 5-star hotel on the mountain peak, you will be treated with a delightful dinner buffet (Hotel and buffet dinner included).

Private Day Tour of Mount Huangshan and Hungcun Village- Departure for Shanghai

Wake up early and follow your guide to Daxia peak to enjoy the spectacular sunrise. After that return to hotel and enjoy the buffet breakfast. Continue to see other amazing attractions such as Xihai Grand Canyon that retains the world’s most beautiful valley surrounded with “Avatar Mountain” looking cliff forest, be marveled at the fantastic views of the unique peaks, various charming pines or make your way to the highest peak at Bright Summit to enjoy the spectacular view of the Lotus Peak, Tiandu Peak and other georgous mountain scenery.

Hongcun Ancient Village
Around noon you will descend mountain and head to Hongcun Ancient Village, listed as the UNESCO site, also known as the “A Picturesque Painting Village”, here take in the beautiful countryside scenery, see the famed moon shaped lake, learn about the authentical rural life, folk culture and admire the amazing wooden carvings and unique Hui style architecture and ancient houses. Immerse yourself in the tranquility of the little Chinese rural village and find the scene where the Oscar-Winning film” Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon” was made. During the tour you will also take a break and savor a delightful local lunch with the recommendation from your guide.

After the wonderful tour your guide will see you off at Huangshan station and be ready to board the train for Shanghai. Your local friendly driver will wait for you at Shanghai station and send you back to your Shanghai hotel.
