What to expect

During the lessons, travelers will learn how to make the pastry without the use of a machine but with the most ancient method, board and rolling pin.
This method is unique and exceptional because it gives porosity to the pastry from which excellent products can be obtained such as tagliatelle, pappardelle, ravioli, tortellini ...
Each participant will have their own workstation and ingredients. It will be followed step by step in all stages of processing:
dough
processing the dough with a rolling pin
preparation of various pasta shapes
conservation methods
final cooking
