The 7 Day adventure offers some of the finest wildlife viewing including the migratory wildebeest that flood into the Masai Mara from the Serengeti over August to October, the equally prolific flamingos that aggregate sporadically in the shallows of Lakes Nakuru, the elephant herds that sweep across the
Amboseli Plains below the snow-capped peak of Kilimanjaro. In addition you find a chance to connect with the local people such as the Maa speakers.
We pick up travelers either from the hotel of their own choice or perhaps in central business district for instance at Jeevanjee gardens, Uhuru Park or any other environs within Nairobi city.
Pick up from the hotel after breakfast then depart for Masai Mara Game Reserve, the home of the Masai people. Drive past Great Rift Valley escarpment with a stopover at the view point for the family photos. Proceed to Masai Mara arriving in good time for lunch and the afternoon game drive. Masai Mara, 700-square-mile game reserve is home to Africa’s Big Five; Elephant, Buffalo, Rhino, Lion and Leopard. Dinner and Overnight at the lodge.
Full day spent for viewing the great predators and explore the parks amazingly high concentration of wild animals. On the plains are enormous herds of grazing animals plus the elusive Cheetah and leopard hiding amidst acacia boughs. During the stay you will also have an optional opportunity to visit a village of the Masai people to witness the singing and dancing that are part of their daily lives and sacred rituals. A glimpse into their homes and social structure is a poignant experience. Dinner and overnight at the camp.
Depart Masai Mara after breakfast arriving in time for lunch. After lunch and a short rest, you will embark on a afternoon tour of the beautiful Lake Nakuru National Park. Located on the floor of the Rift Valley and considered bird watchers paradise, lake Nakuru national park hosts a huge variety of birds. Also found here is endangered Rothschild giraffe, white and black rhino among other wildlife. Other attractions include baboon cliff, lion hill and makalia water falls. Overnight at the lodge.
Depart Nakuru after breakfast and drive to Lake Naivasha where you will arrive in time for lunch. After lunch and brief rest, you will be taken to Hell’s Gate National Park where you will have guided walk among wild life. There is also bicycle ride at an extra cost. You will also have option of boat rides in the lake at an extra cost. The park has a variety of wildlife. Giraffe, eland, hartebeest, buffalo and other small gazelles and antelopes are common in the grassy plains. Also available but rarely seen are lions, cheetahs and leopards. Back to the lodge in the evening.
Depart Naivasha after breakfast arriving Amboseli for lunch. After lunch, you will proceed with an afternoon game drive within the park. Amboseli National Park lies at the foot of Mount Kilimanjaro, which provides the ultimate scenic background for amateur and professional photography
Full day spent in the Amboseli National Park with breakfast, lunch, and leisure break at the camp in the Mid-afternoon. You will have two game drives in the park. The snows of Mt. Kilimanjaro, white and Crystalline form a majestic backdrop to one of Kenya's most spectacular displays of wildlife-lion, Elephants, leopards, rhino, cheetah, buffalo, and hosts of plain's game creating Kenya's most sought- after photographer's paradise. The Park is also the home of Masai, those tall proud nomads who have learned to live in complete harmony with the wildlife that surrounds them. Back to the camp at around 16:00. Optional activity till the sunset: a visit to Masai village (at an extra cost). Return to Kibo Safari Camp for dinner and overnight stay.
After breakfast from the hotel you will leave Amboseli for Nairobi arriving in good time for drop off.
