Once the reservation is generated, before your transfer we provide you with information to the number we requested (it must be by WhatsApp) confirming address, date, time, driver's phone number, and vehicle license plates.

Also, if you have hired a shuttle-only service, you can ask to stop where you need to go to the bathroom, eat something or take a photo (short stops) the same if you have hired the service all day.
