The experience begins with a cheese and wine tasting at a local dairy, featuring Naxian Graviera and Arseniko. As you walk through the Old Town, your guide shares stories of Venetian nobles, medieval knights, and island traditions. Along the way, you’ll visit a traditional herb and honey shop and explore the 13th-century Venetian Castle (Kastro).
