Then . Once an old textile mill, the complex now houses galleries, studios, art spaces, and some cafes and restaurants, and this is where you'll find the best of Shanghai's contemporary artists as well as emerging talent.

    River is the floating history of the city . As the mother river of Shanghai, Suzhou creek breeds the city for 5000years, it also forms the original frame for the big metropolitan . It combines the past and the future . Suzhou Creek has had boat tours for a couple of years, but recently the city has extended their route all the way up to the Bund and added nicer open-air boats. It is the best way to feel the vigour of the city and experience the change .
