Our "Walking with Penguins in Punta Tombo" Tour is adapted to the schedules of the cruise ships that moor in Puerto Madryn!

We will visit one of the largest Magellanic Penguin colonies in the world, and live the incredible experience of walking alongside them!
Always accompanied by a guide from our staff you will learn everything related to the fundamental aspects of the area.

Meeting and pickup
We wait for our passengers at the Meeting Point located on the same Luis Piedrabuena Pier, where cruise ships moor. We ask our passengers to get off the cruise ship as soon as this mooring is done.

We wait for our passengers at the Meeting Point. Since the cruise ship moors at the Luis Piedrabuena Pier, we will wait a maximum of 30 minutes for all our passengers.

For 2:30 hs we will travel along National Route No. 3 towards the South. Our professional tour guide will explain during the trip relevant aspects of the region. We'll make a toilet stop at a filling station.

We estimate to arrive at Punta Tombo Natural Protected Area at 10:30 am. Our guide will assist you to pay the Park tickets (not included) Estimated length of stay in Punta Tombo: 1:30 to 2 hours depending on cruise times. Estimated departure time from Punta Tombo: 12 to 12:30 hs. Estimated arrival time in Puerto Madryn: 14:30 to 15 hs. In this excursion we take a pedestrian tour that crosses an area with many nests and you can see the beach that these birds use to go to get their food.
