We will visit the Virgin Mary monastery. The monastery, founded in the 13th century, has little remaining today that is more than 200 years old. However, the modern building inside is an excellent example of Greek monastic architecture, featuring an arched inner courtyard and a small museum with Byzantine and post-Byzantine icons. The view from the Monastery is superb.
Free time in Paleokastritsa or take an optional boat trip
Corfu Town. Free time to explore Corfu Town or if guided option chooses, a guided walking tour.
